Shipping and Returns
Return policy: ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT, the items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any returns postmarked after the 10 days will be refused and sent back to customer. We’re a small company and we really need you to stick to this return policy so that we can be here selling you wonderful clothes for a long time.
HOW TO RETURN: Please call Canary in a Clothes Mine at 970.547.9007 or email us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). RA#’s expire 7 days after being issued we suggest you send the package by register or insured mail since Canary in a Clothes Mine is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package and mail to:

(if mailing through USPS it must be shipped to: P.O. Box 4831, Breckenridge, CO 80424 – follow same instructions as above.)
Returns will be issued within 48 hours of receipt , excluding shipping costs.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Since we maintain small quantities of inventory, we cannot be sure that the item you would like to exchange for is available. If you would like to exchange for something then just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will hold that item for you until your return gets to us (if available).
Store Credits or Gift Certificates. Please email us @ email@example.com so we can look up your credit or gift certificate #.
Shipping costs: flat rate basic shipping is $8.95. 2nd day is an additional $15.00 charge and Next Day is an additional $24.00.
